The educational process has witnessed the emergence of modern models that emphasize interaction, the development of thinking skills, and the enhancement of learners’ creativity. However, learning circles still largely rely on traditional approaches with limited use of activities. This study aims to explore the impact of interactive activities in Quran memorization circles at Al-Bayan Academy for Quranic Education on the development of students’ intellectual and creative skills. The research adopted a case study methodology, employing observation and questionnaire tools to measure indicators of intellectual and creative skills within an interactive learning environment that encourages students’ active participation in educational activities, thereby enhancing their critical and creative thinking skills. The findings revealed that interactive activities—such as group discussions, analysis of Quranic texts, and the presentation of intellectual challenges—significantly contribute to the development of students’ cognitive and creative abilities. Specifically, 92.3% of students confirmed that participation in these activities enhances sound thinking, while 97.4% indicated that the learning circles encourage them to ask questions and engage in discussions, which fosters innovation. The results indicated that teachers play a pivotal role in stimulating creative thinking through the use of interactive teaching methods that encourage students to think outside the box. However, the study also showed a need to strengthen the role of administration in providing resources and necessary training for teachers to achieve maximum benefit from these activities. Based on these findings, the study recommends developing educational curricula to include more interactive activities that stimulate creative thinking, as well as offering training courses for teachers to enhance their skills in managing interactive activities. It also suggests strengthening collaboration between the academy and the local community to support these activities and provide the necessary resources to achieve their educational objectives.
